Support

How to get help with UNRLZD, what to send so we can find your case quickly, and what support never asks for.

Most problems have a page of their own under Frequent cases, each opening with the exact words the app shows. Matching the message on your screen there is usually faster than writing to us.

Ask in the UNRLZD Telegram chat. We answer within 24 hours.

Two facts let us trace almost any case on chain: your trading account name and when it happened.

  1. Your trading account name. Open the account menu and tap the line that starts with trading ·. The app copies the full name, which ends in .trade.unrlzd.near.
  2. How you signed in: a NEAR wallet (and which one), an EVM wallet, a Solana wallet or a passkey.
  3. When it happened, with your time zone. The app shows times in the zone you pick under Settings, Display, which may not be your computer’s.
  4. The transaction link. Deposit and withdrawal cards carry a NEAR tx link, and a deposit from another network also has View origin transaction. A trade has no link of its own in the app, so for a trade the time is enough.
  5. For a deposit from another network, the deposit address you sent to and the hash on the sending network. With those two we can follow the funds through NEAR Intents.
  6. Browser and device. On a phone, say whether UNRLZD was open inside a wallet app. The trading key lives in the browser where you set it up, and a wallet app’s browser counts as a separate one.
  7. The message, word for word or as a screenshot.

Send what you have of this list. A message with only the account name and a rough time still gets looked at, but every extra item on it saves a round of questions.

Support never asks for your recovery phrase or your private keys, and the links we send go only to our own domains. Someone who asks for a phrase or a key while using our name is not us.
