A 24/7 order is waiting
A limit, take-profit or stop-loss order sits under Needs you instead of filling. The reason the app gives, and what each one asks you to do.

What happened
Section titled “What happened”Our order service sends a 24/7 order only when it can fill and your account can pay for it. When it can’t, it doesn’t send. The order waits under Needs you, and the card says why.
The reasons
Section titled “The reasons”| The card says | What to do |
|---|---|
| Your trading account needs about 0.3 NEAR free to send this order. The network refunds almost all of it. Add NEAR and it runs on its own | Add NEAR. The order sends by itself once the NEAR is there |
| Not enough NEAR in your trading account to fill this buy. Add NEAR and it fills on its own | Add NEAR, or cancel the buy |
| Not enough NEAR in your trading account to fill this sell. Add NEAR and it fills on its own | Add NEAR. A sell needs plain NEAR for its gas, its fee and the 0.05 NEAR reserve, even though it sells tokens |
| Couldn’t confirm the price on chain: the pool is too thin for this order | Sell at market if you want out, or wait for more liquidity |
| No route can fill this order right now: no pool trades it on the order’s DEXes | Sell at market if a route exists elsewhere, or cancel |
| The price reached your trigger, but each time it moved back before 24/7 could send. It keeps trying. Sell at market if you want out now | Wait, or sell at market |
| This plan can’t fire on its own: it has no on-chain price check. Cancel it and set it again, or sell at market | Cancel and set the order again |
Your funds
Section titled “Your funds”A waiting order sends nothing. A waiting buy keeps its NEAR in your account. 24/7 orders can still fill late, at a worse price within the limits you set, or not at all, so keep an eye on orders that matter.
